Girl Goes Viral As She Gets Attacked By An Octopus While Trying To Eat It Alive
Nowadays, people have become incredibly creative when it comes to their posts on social media.
Being in the center of attention has got a new meaning with the rise of the Internet, it seems, so apart from important, clever, and useful videos, some have started posting some hilariously silly, strange, or pointless ones.
A young video blogger learned that not everything can be used for show, when she was attacked by an octopus she intended to eat alive! The vlogger, “Seaside Girl Little Seven”,
regularly posts videos on the Chinese platform Kuaishou.
Her chill attitude changed in an instant when she realized that she couldn’t remove its tentacles from her face.
Sobbing, she desperately tries to remove it from her face.In the panic, she screams, “I can’t remove it!”, explaining that it is too “painful!”
She eventually managed to get it off her face, but the octopus had ripped off a tiny piece of her cheek skin. The girl screamed again, claiming that her face is “disfigured”,
and promised she will eat the octopus in her next video.
Cephalopod expert Jennifer Mather, Ph.D.,
a professor of psychology at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta,
explained that the response of the animals is because it can “anticipate a painful, difficult, stressful situation -- they can remember it.”
According to her Kuaishou account, Little Seven lives in the city of Lianyungang and loves seafood,
so she often posted videos of her eating seafood, including crayfish and lobsters.
This is not the first time the vlogger posts clips of her eating seafood
She previously complained that she couldn’t understand why her clips cannot gain popularity.
In a previous video, she reportedly asked:
“Why [have] none of my clips ended up on the trending topics chart?”

MINNEAPOLIS — After a week of mushrooming protests and, in some cities, looting and violent clashes with police, the younger brother of GEORGE FLOYD'S arrived Monday at the Minneapolis intersection where Floyd's life came to an end a week ago.
Terrence Floyd cried and knelt in prayer. He offered the crowd amassed around him the family’s hopes for peaceful protests and additional arrests in connection with his brother’s death. And he ultimately led the crowd through a series of chants, including "Peace on the left, justice on the right," as if to say the two must go hand in hand.
